1809 is the worst

So, another tiny but WTF bug.

The upper window border in UWP applications is a darker, different shade of the accent color, making it look once more awful and amateurish like in the pre-release betas.

No, my question is valid… what did they do to screw this one up so bad!?

PS The ability to change the title of the thread when one selects “Edit Thread” would be super nice.
