1909 on Release Preview?

Pulling it down now. I didn’t even know that system was on RP.

    <p>1909 is officially out now. for 1903 users, the 1909 upgrade will feel like installing a service pack.</p><p>for those using 1809 &amp; older, 1909 will be treated like a full OS feature update for 1809 &amp; earlier win10 versions</p>
