I’m thinking of getting a Surface Laptop 7 with a Qualcomm processor. Will the ARM version of Windows 11 have fewer issues on a long term basis where the OS becomes majorly corrupted e.g. it just won’t start one morning resulting in an OS reinstall being necessary? I’m not a professional and just use a few apps (mostly MS ones) so there shouldn’t be any app running on ARM problems. I’ve experienced these unexpected corruption issues several times on Windows devices down through the past years (last time 2-3 months ago) and I hate how buggy Windows software and updates often are.
I hope that I’ve been clear on what I’m asking and apologies for such a basic question. Thanks for your response.
