Calendar notification on lock screen (Windows 10/Outlook 2016)

I have turned off all notifications on the Notifications and actions page, and I am still getting upcoming calendar appointments on my lock screen. I think this is weird because the appointment/meeting title will display even if it is marked “private.” I’d really like to turn these off but have not figured out how. Any advice appreciated!
