Change default browser

I am on Windows 10 fast ring insider preview 17686 and cannot change my defaul browser to Chrome from Edge. Is there a trick to doing this? Used to be easy in previous builds

    <p>The trick is that you're using a version of Windows that isn't ready to be used in a production environment yet.</p>
