Designer in Microsoft Edge (?)

I was going through settings in Edge (dev channel) and found this in the “Services”:

Turn on Designer in Microsoft Edge to automatically create and share visual content

We’ll curate images, graphics, and other compelling content and automatically recommend designs you can customize and share

I wondered what it was and a search found an article ( https://www.windowslatest.com/2022/06/01/microsoft-accidentally-leaks-a-new-interesting-windows-11-app-designer/) on a Canva like app that Microsoft apparently leaked. Apparently, it has been taken down, but when I tried loading the site, it did set a unique icon for the tab; and there is a setting for it.

Does anyone have more information on this?
