MS Profile Device Listing — Lost In Space

I had my Dell Latitude motherboard replaced by a Dell Service Technician. He did re-register the hardware to match the previous settings. Then the hardware disappeared from my MS Devices listing. Tried renaming the PC, changed from MS account to Local, then back again, but it still does not report. Fortunately, everything works otherwise. It would be nice, however, to have the ability to “Find My Device” and manage BitLocker keys. Any additional suggestions would be appreciated. Thank You.
