New Outlook and .eml files

Microsoft has added the ability to open .eml files in New Outlook and that seems to work well, but if you try to reply to such email, it shows an error message: “This message can’t be saved right now. Please try again later.”

This can be easily reproduced by right-clicking on an email in New Outlook, selecting Save As EML, and then double-clicking it in Explorer to open it back.

Curiously, if you save the email as MSG file, and open it, the Reply action works.

(Also, classic Outlook does not have this issue)
