Unexpected Charges to My Xbox Live Account

Okay so basically, apparently I’ve been paying for an Xbox Live Gold for the last 3 months. The only issue is that I don’t remember ever making an Xbox Live Account. I don’t know what account signed up for this subscription. I have no idea how to access the account in order to cancel this. I truly have no idea what to do about this. I have no way of figuring out what the email address to this account is. How do I go about getting this subscription canceled with an account that I have no way of accessing?

You can find your subscriptions at the Microsoft Account (MSA) website.

https://account.microsoft.com/services/

If you don't see the sub you're paying for there, and don't have any other MSAs, I recommend contacting your credit card company and reporting the fraud.

How did you learn about this? Through your credit card statement, e-mail, or some other means?

Do you have family members that are associated with your microsoft account? Kids?
