Xbox One app channel list refresh?

Is there a way to refresh the app channel list in the One Guide menu?  My ESPN apps for Live and ESPN3 have been stuck on 4 days ago’s information.  I’ve searched the interwebs and have only found a way to refresh the dashboard, which I don’t think is the issue since I have updated information everywhere else on the Xbox menu’s (Home screen, and TV channels).
