I just wanted to make a public comment to thank BWW for their great support. To make a long story short, I was no longer receiving the premium newsletter. I reached out to support and they found an issue with my account on the backend. Unfortunately, the issue persisted. Support wanted to continue working on the issue and I also received a message from George Coll, the CEO of BWW Media Group. George assured me that my issue would be resolved and even provided me copies of the newsletter until we got everything fixed. In the end, it was determined that I had somehow reported the emails as spam. We got the spam report removed from their mailing list provider and I am now able to receive the premium newsletter.
I’ve been a subscriber since day one and while not receiving the newsletter was perplexing, I wasn’t upset about the issue. BWW was determined to make right, though, and kept in regular communication with me. That support is just awesome.
My thanks to George, Tina, and the support team for working so closely with me. I know you have a lot on your plates, and yet, you took the time to help me receive an email. You really went above and beyond.
