Comments defaulting to Standard instead of Premium

I am a Premium user and when I get to comments they are always in the Standard Comments. Thus I don’t see the Premium Comments and I have noticed this must be happening to others because when I switch back and forth some comments are from Premium and they show in Standard but not in Premium. I posted a comment thinking it was Premium and no because it defaults to Standard. Is there a setting I have missed? And while I am at it why is there not a button or way to get to ones profile?
