Lost Recycle Bin after Creator’s Update

After updating my custom PC to windows 10 creator’s update I have lost my recycle bin. I have already tried these solutions:

1. Going into Settings/Personalization/Themes/Desktop Icon settings – and making sure Recycle Bin was checked

2. Going into Windows Explorer/C: then Options – and unchecking “Hide Protected OS files” and “Empty Drives”.

3. Typing C:\$Recycle.Bin into windows explorer (and making sure hidden files are viewable) nothing shows up when I know I have should have stuff in there.

I did both and still no luck. Anyone have any suggestions?

I figured it out. Had to right click on the Desktop and Show Desktop Icons. What a strange option :)
