Here’s a Closer Look at the Galaxy S10+

Look, it’s no surprise that companies are really bad at keeping secrets. And Samsung is no different, the companies new products often leak in amazing detail before they are even official, and the trend continues with the company’s upcoming Galaxy S10 line of devices.

We have already had a couple of leaks of the devices, with the official launch expected on the 20th of February. And now, we have a much closer look at Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy S10+, which will probably be the most expensive Galaxy S10 device of this year.

91mobiles has revealed what seems to be official renders of the Galaxy S10+, showing the device off in all its glory. From the renders, we get a closer look at the wider Infinity-O notch since the S10+ has a dual front camera setup. On the back, we get a look at the device’s three-camera setup, and no fingerprint scanner — likely hinting at an in-display fingerprint sensor.

The render of the device you see above is a new colourway called Prism White, by the way.

Apart from that, there really isn’t much to see here. It will be interesting to see what improvements Samsung is going to introduce with the new third camera on the back of the device, as the device will feature a telephoto sensor, a wide-angle sensor, and a standard sensor on the back. As for the hardware itself, you will be getting a 6.44-inch Super AMOLED display, the Snapdragon 855 processor, and at least 6GB of RAM.

More leaks of the S10 will likely follow in the coming weeks, so keep your eyes wide open if you are looking to pick up any of the new devices later next month.

Warning: Note that the picture shows the phone still has the "Bixby" button on it. If this phone is like my Galaxy S8+, then you cannot switch the button to another function without rooting it and it is the most annoying thing with Bixby launches when you unlock your phone. You not only have to exit Bixby, but in the meantime it was making noise as well. All because you dare to push the button, accidently, that you never want to push. They need to let you change what that button is used for if you don't want Bixby!

In reply to SimonFlynn:

Yep, thats what I use too. I just have it disabled completely, but I've played around with mapping it as a camera trigger, but since it is way too easy to press (S9+) its easier to just kill the damn thing.

Looks like a more refined iPhone X. I wouldn't mind buying it, but I prefer iPhones.

Great, another damn notch. People DON'T mind a small bezel if it allows the phone to be notchless.

I'll totally be skipping this one and waiting for an S11+, that stupid HOLE in the display it a complete turn off!
