Not seeing it. I'm on Version 1703 Build 15063.13 and several retries I don't see it. I have dropped out of insider already. Would that be why I don't see it?

On thing I noticed on my surface book when I loaded 1703 was the intel CPU settings for Power got all jacked again and the CPU start running full speed all the time, accompanied by the wonderful fan. Re-Appling the Registry power settings from intel restored normal operation.

Seems sort of embarrassing. I get that Windows AAS is going to be continually updated, and 1703 isn't standing still, but there is the version that is available to download and install. You would think that 'RTM' version would be solid on MS's own products. That it needs hardware interface fixes this quickly seems like quite the oversight. [snark] I can see this happening on the Windows Phone version, since no-one at Redmond uses them. [/snark] On their Book and Pro though, you'd think they would have noticed screen, touchpad and power issues.

In reply to SvenJ:

Every computer has driver updates all the time. That's what these are. Is it embarrasing that my Wacom tablet had a driver update that came out yesterday and I've had the device for 5 years? I don't think so.
