I'm guessing it's not related to the television series.

<a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/V_(2009_TV_series)" target="_blank">https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/V_(2009_TV_series)</p>

Let's not forget that they had an E series of 360's.

They could be trying to pull a Tesla and have an S, an E/3, and an X series, cuz any marketing manager will tell you "sex sells".

The Series S really needs 4K options for gaming. Series V could fill that void, but I'd think the least powerful, next-gen system could do what the most powerful, last-gen system could do. I know not everyone is on a 4K display, but going from 4K to 1080 in games like CoD:Warzone and Golf Game 2019, the differences are astonishing.

Disagree, wholeheartedly with Brad's thinking with regards PS5 pricing. Sony can price the PS5 over $499, as long as its over $100. The fact is, the console wars are over and the Playstation rules the console sector. The Playstation has everything that the Xbox has and so many users have invested a lot into its ecosystem and communities. Even though the Xbox can be technically more powerful, doesn't mean gamers will flock over to the Xbox. Just look at the Xbox One X sales vs PS4/PS4Pro. People thought, the Xbox One X would give the Xbox brand a major boost in sales. It didn't. Let's not forget the Xbox (original) vs PS2. I am not trying to poo-poo the incoming Xbox. However, I am trying to point out that the demand for the new PS5 wll be high and most likely be a lot higher than the new Xbox. As the law of supply and demand state, when demand is high and quantity is low (or constant), price will increase. So, all in all, if te PS5 is $549 or $599…..people will still choose it, over the Xbox.

It’s like the console sector was “over” when Atari was number one. Nothing ever changes!

The V is clearly Photoshopped, the space between the controller's right side and the console's right side is the same as the X.
