Someone at Microsoft should be embarrassed about how little they have done over the last three years to add useful productivity features to word for iPad. Today I was editing a document and needed to change the spacing between paragraphs. Could not find a way to do it. Why? Microsoft has not bothered to add this feature. Maybe this is such a complicated feature that it cannot be replicated on a mere tablet? It’s not. How do I know? Microsoft has this feature on Word for Android, as reflected in this support document.
How does a professional person who works at Microsoft write that support document and not immediately tell whomever is in charge of office for iPad that this disparity is an embarrassment.
Why can’t an iPad replace a laptop for some kinds of work? Microsoft can’t be bothered to get off its behind and let it.
