Fra.me - Windows UWP Bridges are Dead
Has anyone looked at Fra.me? https://fra.me

It works and works incredibly well. Anyone have any idea how Microsoft can possibly compete when everything is in the browser?

Microsoft Store (Not the Online One...the Physical Ones)
If Microsoft is going to be a cloud first company, and with the epic failure that most of Microsoft's Consumer efforts have been, save xbox, why in 2017 does Microsoft need to have physical stores across the country?
I didn't realize it, but Microsoft has at least 98 physical stores across the united states.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/store/locations/all-locations
Microsoft stores cannot possible be profitable for Microsoft when compared with Apple stores.
https://www.quora.com/How-much-revenue-does-each-Apple-Store-make
For the fiscal year ended September 25, 2010, Apple's average revenue per store was $34.1 million. On the average, each store generated operating income (aka "store contribution) of $8.3 million, based on an average of 288 stores opened during the year.
With Microsoft admitting defeat with Windows Phone, and with XBox trailing Play station, I can't for the life of me image Microsoft expanding it's stores to match apple at 288 stores...more to the point what does Microsoft actually sell in Microsoft stores that are actual consumer Microsoft products? Xbox and Surface, that's it.
I'm all for having great customer service...and yes I've been to several Microsoft stores...but the experience was only mediocre at best…and I could and did find better prices on Amazon.
As a shareholder…I’m happy with Microsoft’s direction to be a cloud player (sorry Microsoft won’t unseat AWS any time soon) …but I just see the Microsoft store as a relic of the bygone Consumer phase of Ballmer and Windows Phone….and it has to be a financial sinkhole.
I know Paul likes the Microsoft store…but is there any actual strategy behind the Microsoft Store that makes financial\strategic sense?
