If youāve ever used iCloud on Windows, the version in the Microsoft Store will look awfully familiar: Itās clearly a Desktop Bridge translation of the stock desktop app. It lets you access your iCloud Drive files from File Explorer, choose which files and folders to sync to PC, keep your iCloud photo library synced across devices, sync email, contacts, calendar, and tasks with Microsoft Outlook, and sync bookmarks with Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Chrome.
āThe new iCloud for Windows app introduces a new iCloud Drive experience for Windows 10 users powered by the same Windows technology that also powers OneDriveās Files On-Demand feature, enabling users to be more productive offline on mobile devices and quickly share files on iOS,ā Microsoftās Giorgio Sardo says.
