Outlook Mac desktop app v16.42 is visually stunning. When does this arrive on Windows?

My Outlook desktop app on my MacBook Pro was updated to version 16.42 and the visual update is significant. I generally like the look and feel, and would love to see a similar design upgrade in the Windows version. Anyone has any update, information, or opinion?
