Apple announced today that it has added several new workouts, new trainers, and a new Time to Walk guest to its Fitness+ service.
“Apple Fitness+ is integrated with Apple Watch to build on the goal of helping people live a better day by being more active,” Apple senior director Jay Blahnik announced. “With more options for getting started, and staying active and healthy during pregnancy as well as at any age or fitness level, we hope even more people will be inspired to keep moving with our amazing team of passionate trainers. We’ve brought together an incredibly diverse and inclusive team of Fitness+ trainers, and we love seeing our team grow, giving our users even more options to find the best workout for them.”

Here’s what’s new.
New workouts. Apple is launching some new yoga, High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), and strength workouts, as well as some aimed at the pregnant, older adults, and beginners. There are also new yoga and high interval training workouts.
New trainers. Apple has added new trainers to its yoga and HIIT workouts.
New Time to Walk guess. Actress Jane Fonda will appear in a new Time to Walk episode starting on Earth Day, April 19, joining other guests like Wanda Sykes, Anthony Ramos, Dolly Parton, Shawn Mendes, Uzo Aduba, and Draymond Green.
