Remember the white-glove MMD service? There’s now a less fancy and less pricey version of this called MMD Plan 1. (The former MMD service is now Plan 2. Because, Microsoft.) With Plan 1, Microsoft manages your Windows Updating process, your Office apps and provides customers with insights they have from running the Microsoft Cloud.
