Did you consider that if not for warehouse central the cost benefit of moving there would not exist

Not counting the jobs revenue it brings to the area including other businesses that serve the workers

In my area of NY the closing of Indian Point (because nuclear power is a terrorist threat) is removing

more then half of the towns tax base and the loss of jobs.

It was never considered that the closed plant is still radioactive and still a possible terrorist threat

while removing the benefit it provided
