How to get email notifications when someone comments on a forum post you have created

If I comment an existing article or forum post, I will get an email notification if someone replies to that comment or reacts to it.

However, if I create a forum post myself, I don’t receive an email notification when someone comments on that post. For example, I won’t receive email notifications if someone comments on this post. Is there a way to enable email notifications for this?
