Laptop with 14″ 1000 Nit HDR Display

Does anyone know of a PC that compares to the new 14″ MacBook Pro? I’m talking about a 4k HDR (1000Nit) display with at least 32GB of RAM. I’ve asked the chat at both Dell and HP and they couldn’t find one.
