Windows 11 23H2 “EU” Version

Hello everyone,

if you live in the EU like me and are waiting for the DMA customized Windows 11 23H2, I have good news for you. I checked with Microsoft Germany yesterday. These changes in the EU will come into effect on Patch Tuesday in December.
