Windows Won’t Update

One of my laptops was hit with the 0x80070643 Recovery Partition error. On the 18th Windows attempted to update only to once again return the error.

Now when I click ‘Retry’ literally nothing happens and what’s worse is that Windows refuses to update at all and hasn’t updated since the 18th.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
