Anybody tried to run Windows Live Photo Gallery on ARM?

I’m waiting for a 15″ Surface laptop and wondering if I’ll need to find another photo management solution. The Photos app just doesn’t quite do what I want while WLPG still checks the boxes I need.

Also open to some other suggestions for photo management that aren’t as intensive as Lightroom, etc.
