Intel’s 13900k’s and 14900k’s are crashing at an alarming rate?

‘Level1Techs’ discusses his ‘armchair’ investigation into Intel 13900K and 14900K issues with crashing, which I did hear about but just ignored because I was not in the market and I expected a fix. I did not realize it still has not been fixed.
