T14s gen 6 Snapdragon X Elite and RSAT

Hey all, I have been using this machine as my daily driver for a couple of days. I am very impressed so far. For anyone else who has this laptop, there are two things I have not figured out how to do. One is Lenovo, which boasts offline Copilot use. I have not been able to get this to work successfully and do not see any settings that may help get this to work. The second is RSAT tools. Has anyone gotten RSAT tools to work on these Snapdragon laptops?
