Surface Laptop boot behavior

I recently bought a Surface 7 laptop and am wondering about the standard boot process upon startup. Every time I boot up, there’s a black screen with a boot menu for three seconds before the Windows 11 startup. I’ve tried several methods to bypass this screen without success. Is this normal for a Surface 7, or is there an issue with my laptop?
