Restart Office to apply changes to your privacy settings?

I am getting this request from almost all the Office apps, on any platform:

For the record, I have not made changes to my privacy settings, so I can only assume that Microsoft has. No doubt it is related to Copilot somehow. Whisky Tango Foxtrot Microsoft, they are MY privacy settings. If I want them changed, I will do so.

Just wondering if anyone else is seeing this.
