Dropbox keeps popping up

It seems at least for me Dropbox is popping up it’s Window, opening a File Explorer Windows set to the Dropbox folder, and expanding the Dropbox Folder in the sidebar quite often when Windows boots. Is there a way to turn that off without just turning the app off. It’s annoying.
