Google’s Pixel 10 Gets an Early Reveal on the Pixel Store

Google Pixel 10

Google has revealed the design of its new Pixel 10 ahead of its upcoming Made by Google hardware event on August 20. A teaser video on the company’s Pixel Store (via The Verge) reveals the back of the device and its new camera system.

The main visible change on the Pixel 10’s rear cameras seems to be the addition of a third sensor, which could be a telephoto lens, just like on the Pixel 9 Pro. The Pixel 9, however, only has a dual rear camera system with a 50 MP wide camera and a 48 MP ultrawide sensor.

Google didn’t reveal anything else about the Pixel 10’s specs on the Pixel Store website, so we’ll likely have to wait for Google’s hardware event next month to get the full details. The Pixel 10 should be revealed alongside new Pixel 10 Pro and Pro XL models, with the Pixel 9 Pro Fold also likely to get a successor.

If that’s any indication for the possible release date of the Pixel 10 series, last year’s Pixel 9 was released on August 22, just nine days after Google’s annual Made by Google event. The company used to release its new Pixel phones in October, but it’s now trying to beat Apple, which is expected to announce and release its iPhone 17 family in September.
