Bing Wallpaper App

Has anyone checked out the Bing Wallpaper app lately? I use it regularly to manage my desktop backgrounds, but I don’t really mess with it much. However, I checked it this morning and realized it received a visual upgrade at some point. You can now choose image genres, so your desktop reflects your style, not just the daily Bing pick:

Even cooler…animated backgrounds are now supported. These ambient visuals (like rippling water or drifting clouds) add subtle motion.

Also, they wisely got rid of the clunky desktop icon (it can be toggled under settings).

And best of all, the app doesn’t require admin privileges, so I can use this on my work computer without involving IT. Nice!
