Disney announced upcoming US price increases for its Disney+ standalone plans, with bundles with Hulu, ESPN, and HBO Max also getting more expensive. The new pricing structure will go live next month on October 21, and subscribers can expect to pay an additional $2 or $3 per month, depending on their plan.
First of all, the ad-supported Disney+ plan will go from $9.99 to $11.99 per month, while the ad-free Premium plan will go from $15.99 to $18.99 per month. The annual price will also increase from $159.99 to $189.99.
Here’s what will change with Disney’s various bundle plans starting on October 21:
Please note that the ad-free Disney+ and Hulu premium bundle will stay at $19.99 per month. The Disney+, Hulu, ESPN Unlimited Bundle will also keep its current $35.99 per month price, and so will the Disney+, Hulu, ESPN Unlimited Bundle Premium at $44.99 per month.
Now that The Walt Disney Company owns all of Hulu, it also announced last month that Hulu content would become fully integrated into Disney+. This unified Disney+ and Hulu streaming experience will become available for consumers next year.
