Battlefield 6 is Free to Play With Game Pass This Weekend

Battlefield 6 Game Pass

Xbox gamers with a Game Pass subscription can play Battlefield 6 and three other games for free this weekend. The Free Play Days event starts today, February 19, and it will end on Sunday, February 22.

Battlefield 6 was the #1 best-selling video game of 2025 in the US according to Circana, beating Call of Duty: Black Ops 7, which wasn’t even on the podium. The game received praise for its multiplayer mode, but its single-player campaign and free-to-play ‘RedSec’ battle royale mode didn’t generate as much enthusiasm.

The second season of Battlefield 6 kicked off two days ago, adding a limited-time VL-7 Strike mode, a new map, 3 new weapons, 2 new gadgets, and the return of the AH-6 Little Bird helicopter. More content will be added throughout April, and you can find more details on EA’s website.

The three other games that are free to play for Game Pass members this weekend are PGA TOUR 2K25, Chip ‘n Clawz vs. The Brainioids, Polterguys: Possession Party, and Jujutsu Kaisen Cursed Clash. Lastly, the 2 vs. 2 action game Jujutsu Kaisen Cursed Clash is also free to play for all Xbox gamers, no Game Pass subscription required.
