Adobe Announces an AI Productivity Agent

Adobe today announced a new Acrobat-powered productivity agent so you can chat with PDFs, discover document insights, and kick off the creation of other content.

“Adobe’s productivity agent is redefining how people work with information,” Adobe president David Wadhwani says. “We’re bringing together decades of Acrobat’s document intelligence with agents to help people discover insights faster, generate visually rich content effortlessly and share interactive experiences with customized agents that convey their tone and intent.”

The Adobe productivity agent will interoperate with the company’s creative agent as well as third-party agents. It will automatically create titles, summaries, and audio overviews of documents that customers store in a PDF Space. And it can be customized with company logos and color palettes to help users more easily get at the information they need.

The Adobe productivity agent is available now in Acrobat AI plans, including Acrobat Studio, PDF Spaces, AI Assistant, and Adobe Express Premium. It’s also available in a new offering called Acrobat Express that doesn’t require an account. You can learn more about the productivity agent on the Adobe Blog.
