Microsoft Office 365 Desktop Apps – Upgrade your plan banner

Hi Folks,

Just wondering if this is just me, or if this is normal these days as part of Office Enshirtificaion:

When using desktop M365 office apps I have started to see a button ‘Upgrade your plan banner’

I have seen forum posts relating to licensing issues, and signing out of and back into your account etc fixes this. however, none of these has made a difference in this instance.

The app clearly knows I am signed in using my account as if I click the button it shows me the upgrade options.
