With regarde to Whiteboard demise….

I have been trying to find a replacement for MS Whiteboard. There are several apps on Microsoft Store to investigate. However there is something odd happening. All that I sellect to check out fail download. I get a RETRY button and below it says “Missing required driver.” No indication of what that would be that is missing. I just tried to download an unrelated app and got same thing. This is happening on my HP desktop and Surface pro 8.

Thoughts?
