Android Phones on Amazon Safe?

I am looking for a new replacement phone on Amazon. The TCL NXTPAPER 70 Pro looks like a nice phone for the price. I was wondering if it is safe (malware etc)? Also, any of the Moto G phones?

I was eyeing the Pixel 10a to replace my dead Pixel 4A 5g (battery is swelling). It’s hard to find a good phone at the price point.
