Ordered Premium, but order states ‘processing’ and I still can’t access Premium articles

I seem to have run into a glitch. I ordered and paid for Premium access last week, but the status is ‘processing’ and I don’t have access yet. I emailed last week, but no response yet.

Can someone please help?
