Xbox App Freezing / Crashing

Xbox app is freezing/crashing everytime I launch it. It’s been like this for a few weeks now. It just sits there, window unresponsive until it closes by itself. Error log tells that it was terminated because it took too long to initialize. Its not that it freezes on the logo screen. I can really see my entire data within the app but it does not respond to any mouse/keyboard command.

Tried refresh PC, uninstall/reinstall Xbox app, reset PC from scratch but nothing helped

Windows 10 Pro build 1607, not Insider. R9 390 ati gpu.

Anyone with similar issue?
