Subscription Services

Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time. You cannot receive a refund, however, you will continue to receive the service for the duration of the last month paid.

Annual subscription services can be canceled within 30 days of original purchase. If canceled during the first 30 days of original purchase, you will be refunded the net of the annual subscription rate paid less our monthly subscription at the non-promotional rate.
No refund is available after the first 30 days from original purchase. If you cancel an annual subscription after the first 30 days from original purchase, you will continue to receive the service for the balance of your year’s subscription.
Subscriptions purchased under special promotion are not refundable or cancelable during the subscription’s promotional period.

Physical Products

Physical products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 30 days
  • The product isn’t used or damaged
  • Please contact us before you send the product by emailing and providing the reason for return or if you are requesting a replacement if received damaged. Upon receiving confirmation and approval from send the product to:

    Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
