Microsoft’s Your Phone app for Windows 10 is being updated to support responding to Android notifications.
“Windows Insiders, Your Phone now lets you respond to your notifications from the Notifications page in the app as well as from [banner notifications],” Microsoft’s Aarthi Hatter tweeted.

As you may know, the shipping version of Your Phone currently lets you view all of the notifications from your Android-based handset, but it doesn’t support triaging them or, when possible, responding. Which means that you’ll see them, but that’s about it.
I assume that the Insiders reference in the tweet means that the ability to respond to Android-based notifications is now available to one or more rings in the Windows 10 Insider Preview Program, which is now testing both Windows 10 version 1909 (Slow and Release Preview rings) and version 20H1 (Fast ring). And that this feature will make its way to the shipping versions of Windows 10 soon.
Your Phone can still be pretty unreliable, in my experience, but Microsoft has dramatically expanded its capabilities this year after a slow start, and it will add the ability to make and receive phone calls soon as well.
