Forza Horizon 4 Has Gone Gold

Microsoft today announced that it has completed development of Forza Horizon 4 and is readying the game for physical media and digital release. And the official demo is now available.

“The official Forza Horizon 4 demo, which launches worldwide today for Xbox One and Windows 10 PC, allows players to take a tour of beautiful, historic Britain and gives fans a healthy heaping of open-world gameplay to enjoy,” a Microsoft representative told me. “Seasons change everything in Forza Horizon 4 and players will experience each of the four unique seasons in the demo.”

Forza Horizon 4 will launch with over 450 cars. But it will be released alongside a Day One car pack that might be of interest too.

“We are thrilled to announce the Best of Bond Car Pack as the Day One Car Pack for Forza Horizon 4,” Turn 10’s Brian Ekberg writes on the Xbox Wire blog. “The pack is included as part of the Forza Horizon 4 Ultimate Edition and will be playable with early access to the game, beginning on September 28. Players will also be able to purchase the Best of Bond Car Pack separately at the global launch of the game on October 2. The Best of Bond Car Pack features 10 cars from the James Bond films.”

After the demo, you can look forward to the Forza Horizon 4 early access release on September 28 for Ultimate Edition owners, and the global launch beginning on October 2, Microsoft says. Each version of the game is now available for pre-order from the Microsoft Store. Forza Horizon Standard Edition is $59.99, Deluxe Edition is $79.99, and the Ultimate Edition will set you back $99.99.

Was there any mention if this would be included on the Xbox Game Pass?

Question to those that use GamePass: For games like Forza Horizon 4 – which version do you get with GamePass? Just standard? And for the extras that would be included with the Ultimate edition, like VIP or whatever, do you still need to pay extra for those?
