Microsoft is releasing a new Windows 10 19H2 build today. Well, kind of.
Here’s the thing: Microsoft is testing a new controlled feature rollout (CFR) system in Windows 10 19H2 that involves the company introducing new features that are initially only available to a subset of Insiders, and are later made available for everyone else.

The company released build 18362.10005 to Insiders in the Slow Ring on Monday with a couple of new features and changes. But none of those features was actually turned on because Microsoft was using the build to test the new CFR system.
Today, it’s releasing build 18362.10006 to turn those features on. Here’s what’s new:
And if that wasn’t confusing enough already, Microsoft says the latest build — 18362.10006 — is only available to a subset of Insiders in the Slow Ring, that means not everyone in the Slow Ring will actually get this new build. That’s the new CFR system in action for you.
