My wife runs a small business, and we use Google Workspace for our identity management (IAM). It’s been great, but we’ve finally started upgrading to a password manager for the few employees we have. I set up SAML 2.0 for SSO and completed domain verification, but it never felt seamless or easy for my wife to understand/explain. What’s the best approach to securing passwords and making them “simple” and intuitive for SMBs? What have you guys done? We plan to start using Bitwarden for Home and Work.
Side note: We have used Google’s password manager in the past, which integrates really well, but it’s not great for admin control. So, we’ve decided to try Bitwarden since they gave us a pretty good deal on the price.
We standardized on Google Pixel phones and Google GPCW for Windows computers in the office.
I wish to use a single passkey to access Bitwarden passwords that would be saved/secured through Google Workspace for secure and easy access.
Thanks for the feedback,
Scott M.
