I found my new Note taking app – Notesnook

• Offline mode
• Mark down editor
• Lots of encryption
• No AI features
• Cross platform
• Free and paid version

Notion was too powerful for my needs, and didn’t have an offline version. OneNote, is not really supported by Microsoft and Loop is not ready for prime time yet.
