Vivaldi 7.1 for iOS

Following its release on desktop, the Android, iPhone, and iPad versions of the Vivaldi 7.1 web browser are now available.

Android

“We are thrilled to bring you Vivaldi 7.1 for Android, with features to make your browsing experience smoother and more efficient,” Vivaldi CEO Jon von Tetzchner explains. “With this update, we are putting even more control at your fingertips, making it easier to stay organized and focus on what matters most.”

New features on Android include easier Speed Dials customization, a more accessible Reader View, Tab Search, new Start page customizations, a new Add Page menu choice, new Default search engine options, and the Seamless Sharing/Send Tab to Device functionality the company noted when it release Vivaldi 7.1 for Windows, Mac, and Linux.

You can download Vivaldi 7.1 for Linux from the Google Play Store.

iPhone and iPad

“We’re excited to introduce Vivaldi 7.1 for iOS, an update packed with powerful new features that make your browsing experience smarter, faster, and more personal,” Mr. von Tetzchner says of the similar release for iPhone and iPad. “Whether you’re reading, navigating, or customizing your browser, Vivaldi 7.1 brings tools that help you stay in control while keeping your privacy protected.”

The new features on iPhone and iPad are slightly different than those on Android: Vivaldi Translate (with no tracking or profiling), easier Speed Dials customization, a new Add Page menu choice, new Default search engine options, the Seamless Sharing/Send Tab to Device functionality, and several other changes.

You can download Vivaldi 7.1 for iPhone and iPad from the Apple App Store.
